We come back within one working day with availability, the quote, and a list of what's included.
3. Deposit secures the date
A deposit holds the date. The balance is due ahead of the event. We send a written booking contract.
WHAT'S INCLUDED.
What's in the hire, by default.
Every booking includes the room, both bars, the lighting and FX rig, the DJ booth, and door security scaled to your event. Catering, decor and entertainment are yours to bring or yours to ask us to source.
The whole venue
The full 350-capacity floor, locked off, no other bookings on at the same time.
Two customisable bars
Tailored bar lists. Beer, lager, cider, wine, spirits, mixers, soft drinks. We agree the price points with you.
Full sound rig
Pro PA suitable for a wedding speech, a club night and everything between. Live bands welcome.
Stage lighting
Full stage rig with PAR cans, moving heads, and house lighting we can dim from the booth.
FX rig
Smoke, CO2, confetti, gobos, lasers. Used in moderation for weddings, full-throttle for club nights.
Photo booth and glitter wall
Available to add. Popular for 18ths, baby showers and weddings.
Beer garden
Out the back, all weather. Smokers welcome out here. Designated outside area.
SIA security
Door staff included on evening hires, scaled to the size and style of your event.

Unlike many venues that offer parties in a back room or a tucked-away space, Hidden was designed specifically for events, parties, celebrations and club nights where you and your guests have the entire venue to yourselves. With a capacity of 350 and a licence from 7pm to 6am, you have complete privacy and freedom.
Our venue features a state-of-the-art sound and lighting system, perfect for everything from intimate gatherings with background music to full-scale club nights. We also offer a range of special effects, including smoke, CO2, confetti, gobos and lasers, ensuring your event looks and sounds the way you want. Our sound system is fully flexible, so whether you want to play your own music via Spotify, hire a DJ or have live performances, we are here to accommodate your preferences.
The decor at Hidden is fresh and modern, and we work closely with hosts to customise it for each event. Whether you want a simple colour scheme with mood lighting or a full decorative transformation with professional room dressing, we can help, or you can handle it yourself.
We have no strict rules about catering, so you are free to choose what works best for you. Whether you want no food at all, have friends or family provide it, hire a catering company or order from a local takeaway, it is entirely up to you.
Hidden is a family-friendly venue, and we welcome guests of all ages. If anyone appears under 25, they will need to show ID to purchase alcohol, and our bar and security teams are vigilant in ensuring a safe environment.
Our spacious beer garden is perfect for guests to spill out into, enjoy a drink, have a cigarette or chat in a quieter setting, even if the weather is not ideal.
PRICING.
How we price hire.
Hire is priced per booking, in three bands: weeknights (Sunday to Thursday), weekends (Friday and Saturday), and seasonal peaks (December and New Year's Eve). Weeknight hires are the most affordable; weekend hires move with demand; December and NYE are quoted on the date.
Every quote covers the same base: the whole venue, both bars, the sound and lighting rig, the DJ booth and door security scaled to the event. Catering, decor, entertainment and any add-ons (photo booth, glitter wall, bar package upgrades) sit on top.

What is the maximum capacity at Hidden Burnley?
Hidden has a 350-guest capacity for exclusive private hire.
What hours are you licensed for?
We are licensed from 7pm until 6am, seven nights a week. Earlier daytime hires (for example christenings or baby showers starting at midday) can usually be accommodated with a little extra notice as we apply to the council on your behalf.
Can I bring my own caterer or food?
Yes. We have no ties for catering, decor or entertainment. We can supply or recommend trusted providers, or you are welcome to bring your own.
Do you take a deposit and what is the cancellation policy?
Bookings are secured with a deposit at the point of confirmation, with the balance due ahead of the event. Full cancellation terms are issued with your booking contract.
