Burnley, Padiham, Nelson, Colne, Brierfield, Accrington, Blackburn, Rawtenstall and Clitheroe: most guests are within a 20-minute drive. Out-of-town birthdays travel in from Bolton and Preston along the M65, and from Bradford and Halifax across the Pennines. We're a 5-minute walk from Burnley Manchester Road station, with multi-storey parking 4 minutes away.

A late licence and a proper dance floor. We can source DJs, glitter walls and photo booths.
30th birthdays
Reception-style hire with a bar, a DJ and a dance floor. Less hen-do, more pulled-together.
40th and 50th birthdays
Lower-pace evenings. Lounge seating, a quieter bar, the FX rig you can dial up only when the cake comes out.
60th and 70th birthdays
Family hires with all ages welcome. Daytime hire is available by arrangement.
Surprise and milestone parties
We are good at the discreet bits: not posting on socials, not naming the host on signage, hiding the cake until the moment.

What is the minimum age policy?
Daytime family events welcome all ages. For evening hires after 7pm where alcohol is served, our standard policy is over-18s only with Challenge 25 ID checks at the door, unless we have agreed otherwise as part of the booking.
Is parking available?
Public parking is available a short walk from the venue in central Burnley, including the St James's Street multi-storey, around 4 minutes' walk away. We are also a 5-minute walk from Burnley Manchester Road railway station. Detailed directions are on our Find Us page.
Can I bring my own caterer or food?
Yes. We have no ties for catering, decor or entertainment. We can supply or recommend trusted providers, or you are welcome to bring your own.
Can I bring my own drinks?
No, under our premises licence all alcohol must be supplied through our two on-site bars. We will work with you to build a drinks list at price points that suit your event.
Do you provide door security?
SIA-licensed door staff are included on evening hires and are scaled to the size and style of your event.
