Friends Christmas

A long-running tradition: a group of friends takes over for a midweek night in December.

Shared Christmas parties

Smaller groups (10 to 60) sharing a date with one or two other groups, each with their own table area. Lower price point.

New Year's Eve

A 7pm to 6am hire over NYE: the late licence makes us one of the few places in town that can run it properly.

Christmas FAQ.

Do you do shared Christmas parties or just exclusive hire?

Both. Smaller groups (10 to 60) can share a December date with other groups, each with their own table area and bar tab. Larger groups take the venue exclusively. Tell us your size and we will suggest the right option.

What is the maximum capacity at Hidden Burnley?

Hidden has a 350-guest capacity for exclusive private hire.

Can I bring my own caterer or food?

Yes. We have no ties for catering, decor or entertainment. We can supply or recommend trusted providers, or you are welcome to bring your own.

Is the venue accessible for wheelchair users?

Yes, our entrance, main floor, bars and toilets are accessible. Please flag any specific access needs at booking and we will walk you through the layout.

Are there any restrictions on decoration?

We welcome decoration including balloon arches, themed setups, glitter walls and photo booths. We just ask that nothing is fixed to the walls without prior agreement and that any glitter or confetti is cleared during pack-down.
